Website Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: July 31, 2026
These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://goagrade.com/ and any webpage, form, feature, or online service that links to these Terms collectively, the “Site.”
The Site is owned or operated by A Grade Property Restoration (“A Grade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the Site if you do not agree to these Terms.
1. Website Purpose
The Site provides general information about A Grade, including our property mitigation, remediation, restoration, reconstruction, abatement, emergency-response, and related services.
Information on the Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, professional assessment, written estimate, work authorization, or signed service contract.
2. Emergency Situations
Submitting a website form, email, or online request does not guarantee an immediate response.
Website forms and email accounts may not be monitored continuously. For urgent property damage, call A Grade directly at 973-473-7247.
For fires, gas leaks, medical emergencies, dangerous structural conditions, active crimes, or immediate threats to life or safety, call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority before contacting A Grade.
Do not enter an unsafe, contaminated, structurally compromised, or restricted property based on information found on the Site.
3. No Professional or Contractual Relationship
Accessing the Site, submitting a form, requesting information, or communicating with A Grade through the Site does not, by itself:
- Create a contractor-client relationship.
- Require A Grade to accept a project.
- Authorize work to begin.
- Create a guarantee of availability or response time.
- Establish an agreed scope of work or price.
- Create an insurance representation or public-adjusting relationship.
- Create any fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship.
Restoration or construction services will be governed by a separate written agreement, work authorization, estimate, change order, or other project document signed by the applicable parties.
If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control with respect to that project.
4. Estimates, Inspections, and Website Information
Any information regarding pricing, timelines, restoration methods, insurance processes, damage conditions, service availability, or potential outcomes is general and may change after inspection.
Actual project conditions may differ because of concealed damage, contamination, moisture migration, building materials, code requirements, engineering findings, testing results, insurance decisions, material availability, or other circumstances.
No website statement constitutes a binding estimate, warranty, promise, or guarantee unless it is expressly included in a written agreement signed by an authorized A Grade representative.
5. Insurance-Related Information
A Grade may communicate or coordinate with insurance companies, adjusters, property managers, or other authorized parties as part of a restoration project.
However:
- A Grade is not an insurance company.
- A Grade does not determine whether a loss is covered.
- A Grade does not guarantee claim approval or payment.
- An estimate prepared using industry-standard estimating software does not obligate an insurer to provide coverage.
- Insurance deductibles, exclusions, limitations, depreciation, policy terms, and coverage decisions remain subject to the applicable insurance policy and insurer.
- Property owners remain responsible for amounts not paid by insurance unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
Information on the Site is not legal, insurance, tax, engineering, environmental, or public-adjusting advice.
Questions about policy coverage or legal rights should be directed to the appropriate licensed professional.
6. Financing Information
The Site may provide information about financing offered through independent third-party providers.
All financing is subject to the provider’s application process, approval requirements, interest rates, fees, terms, conditions, and privacy practices.
A Grade does not guarantee:
- Financing approval.
- Available credit limits.
- Interest rates.
- Payment amounts.
- Financing terms.
- The performance or availability of any third-party financing provider.
A Grade is not responsible for decisions made by an independent lender or financing company.
7. User Responsibilities

12. Website Availability

We do not warrant that:
- The Site will meet every user’s needs.
- Information will be complete or error-free.
- Website access will be uninterrupted.
- The Site will be free from viruses or harmful components.
- Information found on the Site will apply to a particular property or loss.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Grade and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or connected to:

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless a different forum is required by applicable law or a signed project agreement, disputes concerning the Site or these Terms will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in New Jersey.
You and A Grade consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
19. No Waiver
A Grade’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
