Priority Responder / Fire Chaser
Location: Succasunna, NJ

This role requires a motivated, friendly individual. Ideal for a retired police officer or fireman, volunteer firemen, dedicated and mature individuals, requiring little supervision.
Primary responsibility is to monitor and interpret lead sources (emergency notification systems). Use these alert systems to arrive quickly to any scene of a fire/storm emergency in order to consult with property owners impacted by the damage. This role is responsible for responding to emergency property situations and all generated leads within the designated radius.
Once on scene, employee is expected to get approval (signed form) by the homeowner to begin emergency services to mitigate further damage to their home. Contact one of our approved sub-contractors to begin boarding/tarping work immediately. Employee will also be responsible for educating the consumer on our products or services for the rebuild.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with local emergency response agencies and local community.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with the customers/homeowners.
• Track and complete a weekly log of job activity. Build and maintain a database of customer information to include date of call, time of call, contact information, agency name, and agency contact information
• This work may require nights and weekends and working beyond a 40-hour workweek as needed to complete goals and responsibilities.
Compensation:
$25 per hour, plus commission
Compensation will be given in three parts. Base salary, commission on work sold, and bonuses. There is also an indirect compensation package to cover expenses and a company vehicle after the probationary period.

Inside Sales Coordinator
Location: Succasunna, NJ

A Grade Property Restoration is seeking an INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR. The role will be responsible for Sales Calls, Lead Generation, and Follow-Up for fire, water and storm customers, as well as point person for tracking and onboarding of new subcontractor and referral partners.
Excellent role for someone re-entering the workforce. Computer knowledge and CRM experience are required. Ability to work remotely as well as define your own hours. Base salary plus commission.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
• Role will be responsible for Sales Calls, Lead Generation, and Follow Up for Fire and Storm Chasing, as well as to solicit new subcontractor and referral partners.
• Excellent role for those re-entering the workforce, with the ability to work remotely. Ability to make your own schedule. This role will be the first hire for a new inside sales department.
• Using existing lead software, create databases that will be used to solicit insurance restoration jobs. This role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining such databases for independent adjusters, claims managers, referral partners, salespersons, subcontractors, insurance sales producers that use our estimates, consultants, and restoration.
• Create mailing lists and implement direct mail follow-up program.
• Educate referral partners on our company, train them on how to sell our company, get the lead, and assign to our Estimators.
• Commission paid on each appointment booked, as well as an additional bonus for each job signed and completed.
Note: A sale is made when you get the Service Authorization form signed. Commission is due when the insured makes payment to A GRADE Property Restoration. Existing clients that refer business to A GRADE are house accounts. Commissions are paid on new accounts only.
Qualifications
• Must have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access
• Must have access to computer and wifi
• Must have the ability to come into the office a minimum of 1 day per week
• Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.
Compensation
$20/per hour with the ability to work from home 4 days per week.
$100/for each appointment set and kept
$300/for each job signed, completed, and paid.

Xactimate Estimator
Location: Succasunna, NJ, and will require travel throughout NJ. This is a 50/50 field/office position.

Project Manager
Location: Succasunna, New Jersey
A GRADE Property Restoration is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee residential insurance restoration projects throughout New Jersey. The Project Manager will convert written estimates into completed work at a high satisfaction level, keeping stakeholders updated throughout the reconstruction process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Simultaneously manage multiple construction renovation projects throughout Northern and Central New Jersey.
Responsible for managing $1 – 2,000,000 of residential renovation work each year.
Communicate between A GRADE, homeowner, insurance company, subcontractors, building officials, material suppliers, dumpster and toilet rental companies, and office staff.
Acquire job permits, sometimes requiring meetings with architects and engineers.
Conduct site meetings with homeowners and subcontractors independently.
Pick up homeowner checks and deliver checks to jobsites.
Manage production crews.
Supervise job scheduling, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job files, supervise production and monitor jobs from start to finish.
Assist in project cost estimation, specifically – drawing floorplans, researching materials, and photo and video documenting.
Create construction budgets and interview subcontractors, collect subcontractor bids.
Maximize production efficiency by subcontractor supervision, scheduling, and planning.
Communicate customer concerns or complaints to A GRADE and subcontractors.
Continually give formal project updates to A GRADE and office staff.
Perform Substantial Completion and Final Completion workmanship inspections for trade specific punch lists. Manage and supervise punch list completion with employees and subcontractors.
Maintain and neat and professional appearance.
Minimize construction waste, coordinate material returns, and maximize job efficiency.
Must be able to understand and follow safety guidelines.
Experience in using Xactimate a plus!
Perform hands-on work in the field if required.
Read and interpret architectural and engineered blueprints.
Collect 5-star reviews from homeowner after renovation completed.
Be accountable, reliable, and a team player.
